Replacement Policy

KARACUS ENERGY PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal replacement policy. Under this policy:

  •   Replacement with new product will be considered only if the request is made within 15 days from the date of order receipt. Claim made above this period will be subject to warranty claims where your existing product shall be repaired or serviced as per requirement.
  • In case of receipt of damaged/defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team via contact form in contact us page bottom of website only with your phone number and tracking ID so the complaint can be registered. This should be reported within 15 days of receipt of the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate action.
