Return Policy

KARACUS ENERGY PRIVATE LIMITED has a 100% customer satisfaction priority and believes in helping its customers as far as possible. Under this policy:

  • The return policy is applicable till 7 days from date of delivery. 
  • Return/refund or replacement as required are applicable on the grounds of incorrect sent product, not as marketed, defective item received. 
  • To apply for return or replacement, claim has to be made over our customer care within the mentioned 7 days time frame from delivery date. Any claims made outside this time frame shall be void and then fall under warranty terms only.
  • For approved returns under process, the product to have no external physical damages with all internal parts intact, to be shipped to our facility on To-Pay basis (shipping cost borne by Karacus) in same new condition packaging box as sent initially.
  • If the above conditions are satisfied under inspection at our facility then refund or replacement as required shall be processed in 3 days from receipt.
