Once order placed how long will it take to dispatch and delivery time?
Once order is placed, the product is dispatched in 24 hrs followed by a delivery period of 3-5 business days depending on your location.
How will I know my order status once order placed?
An email/whatsapp with tracking number shall be sent after 24 hrs of placing the order. In case of any queries with order status we are available for you via whatsapp and phone over the website.
How do I get the lithium inverter battery installation done?
Our lithium inverter battery is Easy and Direct Plug n Play design with basic setup instructions on side of product. Any local home electrician can setup easily. Our all India customer care also available for further assistance if needed.
Do you accept return or replacement in case I receive incorrect or defective item?
Yes, it is our priority for 100% customer satisfaction. Incase you receive an incorrect or defective item then we accept return or replacement as needed till 7 days from delivery date. Kindly view Return Policy bottom section of website for further details.
What is the period of warranty?
It comes with 5 year battery and 3 year inverter warranty.
I feel Im far away, what if I have any issues with the product later or need warranty?
In case of warranty issues, contact our customer care via whatsapp or phone and your issues will be looked into immediately. All India service support is available with no charge on parts or shipping under warranty.
